You only need one copy of Lender Spreadsheet which you can copy as many times as you like for as many loans as you have.
Lender Spreadsheet provide support on a reasonable endeavours basis for PRO customers only. Lite customers are able to contact them if they find a bug, but not for any specific support.
PRO members can login to their account and send a support request from there. For more information about their Support Policy.
On Lender Spreadsheet you can ONLY enter ONE payment per month and not multiple payments each month. You can roll-up multiple payments into one payment if you are able to do so, but not enter them individually.
In order that Lender Spreadsheet isn’t altered and given for free across the internet, various cells are locked to protect the spreadsheet and copyright notice.
It would be impossible for Lender Spreadsheet to identify bugs if anyone was able to change the locked cells.
If you are a PRO customer, if we find a bug and can fix it we will upload to your account with us the latest file and any upgrade instructions. This will be free of charge for all version 2.0.x upgrades.

The version is shown on the Setup worksheet at the top left in cell B2 in the actual spreadsheet.

If you are a PRO customer, all you have to do is Login to your Account and you will find this information there along with a later version if there is one and also upgrade instructions.
If you are a Lite customer, you will be able to download the Lite version again, but you will not have an upgrade routine.
Upgrades are only available to PRO customers. For example, if we find a bug or other problem and need to release a new version, Lender Spreadsheet will make that new version available in your account. All you have to do is Login to your Account to find out more information.
The upgrade is done via a clever Macro that will take your old spreadsheet and upgrade it to the new one and copy over all your data. Please note that this macro will only work on a Microsoft® Windows® computer NOT a Mac.
If you have been sent a copy of Lender Spreadsheet PRO version by someone and you have not purchased it yourself from Lender Spreadsheet then you are not eligible for any support.
In order to get support you must Purchase a Copy from Lender Spreadsheet and raise a support request from within your PRO account as soon as you have done so.
